Job Description: As a Fashion Designer at Landeed, you will be responsible for designing sustainable and inclusive clothing collections that meet the needs of our target market. You will work closely with our team of designers, product developers, and sustainability experts to create new and innovative designs that align with our brand's mission and values.

Responsibilities:

Develop sustainable and inclusive designs for seasonal collections that align with brand values and target market Create technical sketches and flat patterns for production using 3D design software Work closely with our sustainability team to ensure that our designs are eco-friendly and ethical Collaborate with our product development team to ensure quality and timely delivery of products Research and stay up-to-date on sustainable fashion trends, fabrics, and techniques Attend sustainability and fashion events to stay up-to-date on industry trends and network with potential partners Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field 3+ years of experience in sustainable fashion design or related field Proficient in 3D design software such as CLO3D or Marvelous Designer Strong knowledge of sustainable garment construction and pattern making Creative and innovative thinker with strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Passion for sustainable fashion and staying up-to-date on industry trends We offer competitive compensation, equity, health benefits, and a supportive and collaborative work environment.
