  • Foster collaboration with frontend, product, and DevOps/Platform teams to deliver customer-centric features.
  • Lead peer code reviews and contribute actively in project retrospectives to foster continuous improvement.
  • Engage in technical retrospectives to shape our testing culture, refine architectural strategies, streamline automation, and uphold coding standards.

We prioritize collaborative Backend engineering, working closely with Platform, DevOps, Product, and Frontend teams. Central to our approach is a robust architecture based on Clean Architecture principles. We maintain high standards through rigorous linters, code generators, and coding conventions, leveraging code snippets and service templates to streamline our workflows. Our commitment to Test-Driven Development (TDD) ensures comprehensive test coverage for all services, guaranteeing reliable and stable releases. Requirements
  • Seasoned Backend Developer: You bring over 7 years of solid backend development experience, proficient in any strongly typed language or TypeScript.
  • Node.js Expertise: With over 2 years of hands-on experience in Node.js, you're adept at leveraging its capabilities to build robust solutions.
  • Database Mastery: You have a strong command of any RDBMS, handling queries directly or through ORM frameworks with finesse.
  • Testing Champion: You excel in unit and integration testing, ensuring the reliability and resilience of your code.
  • Messaging Systems Experience: Proficiency in message brokers such as SNS, RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Google PubSub underscores your ability to architect scalable and efficient systems.
Nice to Have:
  • GraphQL: Experience with GraphQL adds depth to your toolkit, enhancing your ability to create flexible APIs.
  • Cloud: Familiarity with GCP or AWS enriches your understanding of cloud-native architectures.
  • gRPC: Your familiarity with gRPC frameworks and protocol buffers showcases your prowess in optimizing service-to-service communication.
  • SOLID Principles Advocate: A strong grasp of SOLID principles forms the foundation of your design philosophy, ensuring scalable and maintainable codebases.
