JOB DESCRIPTION

Ajax Creative is seeking multiple talented and creative Freelance 3D Artist/Generalist Artists to join our talent pool on a per-project, on-call contract basis. As a Freelance  3D Generalist, you will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality 3D animations that bring our clients' visions to life. You will work closely with directors, writers, and other creative team members to ensure that each project meets our high standards of creativity and animation excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and create high-quality 3D animations based on project briefs and scripts.

• Collaborate with directors, writers, and team members to understand project requirements and objectives.

• Use industry-standard software such as Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max to produce professional 3D animations.

• Ensure all animations are consistent with the project’s style, tone, and visual guidelines.

• Revise and refine animations based on feedback from clients and internal reviews.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in 3D animation to bring innovative ideas to each project.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality animations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a 3D Animator or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills.

• Proficiency with industry-standard 3D animation software such as Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max.

• Strong understanding of animation principles, including timing, movement, and storytelling.

• Excellent attention to detail and an eye for visual aesthetics and quality.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines on various projects.

• Flexibility to work on a per project, on-call basis with varying project timelines.

• Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written, for client and team interactions.
