About the role

We are seeking an Investment Associate to work full-time directly with senior management. This pivotal role involves comprehensive research, deal scouting, data gathering and analysis, and proactive stakeholder engagement. As an Investment Associate, you will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities in cutting-edge blockchain and crypto projects.

Your key responsibilities:

• Conduct research, scouting, and evaluation of blockchain projects.
• Analyzing and evaluating tokenomic models and investment terms
• Gather and analyze data systematically and diligently.
• Maintain our portfolio companies and investment target database.
• Assist with the regular preparation of asset valuation reports and shareholder reports.
• Prepare and present portfolio reviews to senior management.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, primarily in English.
• Agile and self-taught in handling datasets, CRMs, and data gathering.

Compensation Package

The compensation package will be based on relevant experience and includes an attractive fixed salary. Additionally, performance-related bonuses will be linked to the overall success of the company, with a bonus pool distributed based on individual contributions.

Successful candidates will also gain access to our stock option plan, awarded after demonstrating their value over time.
