Fiber AI is a reimagined, AI-powered Marketo for enterprises. Customers choose us because we automatically find prospects, research them, and hyper-personalize outbound messages that get 80% open rates, which is 4x the industry standard.

We raised >$4M, generate >$25k MRR, and signed 3 paid pilots with mid-market enterprises that will cumulatively convert at $470,000.

We achieved all of this in just 6 weeks and are looking for someone who's self-driven and autonomous to be the dedicated point of contact for our customers and ensure customer email campaigns are executed and performing well.

In short, you’re going to be one of the defining pieces of our team as we scale to $5M ARR in the next 18 months.

How you will grow?

As you get more experience on the team, you'll also have the opportunity to grow into a Head of Operations role, which will entail training and managing a team of customer success managers that will own the entire multi-step pipeline. This is going to be critical in achieving high retention rates with existing customers, and you will get to grow and own this team expansion.

What will you work on?

This job will require you to be a Swiss army knife of a customer success manager. On any given day, you may:

  • guide customers on best practices for effective sales processes, such as types of emails to send and target customer profiles (ICPs)
  • balance customer expectations with the current capabilities of our software; push back on unrealistic demands when necessary
  • generate sample datasets for prospective customers to demonstrate the value proposition
  • manage and track customers through a multi-step pipeline; maintain detailed records of customer requirements and timelines, ensuring we're always proactive.
  • collaborate with the engineering team for customer-specific feature requests and one-off tasks, such as new website scraping; ensure timely delivery of specifications and data.
  • take full ownership for the delivery of customer email campaigns and conduct weekly calls with each assigned customer to monitor progress, gather information, and share updates.

What we are looking for?

We’re looking for a talented customer success manager to help us serve as the dedicated point of contact for customers, eliminating the need for direct communication with the engineering team, so that they can build product features twice as fast. You'll be working alongside our CEO, Adi, who was formerly at Microsoft and CS at Cornell (top 1.5%) and our CTO, Neel, who was formerly at Google and did CS at Harvard (top 5%).

You’ll be using Fiber AI to help our customers wrangle tens of gigabytes of data a day, create hyper-personalized messaging at scale, and grow their businesses by automating their prospecting and outbound marketing. To start, you’ll be helping customers out by manually working through these workflows so that you can understand the every day experience customers are going through and be inspired to innovate ways to automate and scale manual processes.

Where will we be working?

We will be working 3 days in person in NYC 10am to 10pm in a private office with flexbility to work 2 days remote. We are looking for someone self-driven who can work 60-65 hours a week, and we will compensate you well to make it worth your while.
