By offering everyone an easy-to-access account, Green-Got democratizes green finance and investment and helps fight global warming where it is most effective. Just 8 months after the official launch of the app, we have over 10 000 users. And we don't plan to stop there!

What you will do

• Produce high quality UX and UI specifications for our mobile and desktop application

• Conduct Users Research to better understand the expectations and habits of our members

• Lead the evolution of the Green-Got Art Direction and help establishing a design culture in the company

• Participate in the prioritisation of the Roadmap

• Collaborate with the rest of the Product and Tech team to deliver the best inapp experience to our users

• Revamp and evolve our design system

• Have a strong impact on a product used by thousands of people daily

What you have for us

• At least 5 years of professional experience designing applications (mostly on mobile)

• Excellent UI, UX, communication and technical skills (we use Figma)

• People skill ; you include all the stakeholder to define the problems and build the solution together

Process

• You send us anything that might help us gauge your skills and motivation (resume, linkedin, dribbble…)

• If selected, we have a short call to discuss the position, then we will send you a business case to work on.

• We will then move on to a couple interviews with the founders and members of the Product team

• If everything goes well, you’re hired !
