The Role
As an Implementation Engineer, you'll be responsible for managing customer databases and facilitating their seamless transition to Bloomerang. You’ll also play a key role in streamlining internal processes and providing solutions to data migration issues.

Documents problem-solving methodologies comprehensively, delivering clear and concise presentations of solutions tailored to client needs
Employs an intricate analytical process to discern and implement optimal solutions for diverse client requirements
Exemplifies a culture of positivity and constructive engagement within the department, leading by example through daily actions
What You Need to Succeed
C# experience
Strong communication skills
Data analysis knowledge using Excel
Experience working within a highly cross-functional team

Compensation(Company Bonus)
The salary range for this position is: $62,500 - $84,500. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.
Location
This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
