As an Account Executive at Upshot, you will play a pivotal role in driving partnerships and collaborations in the Web3 and AI space. We are seeking a dynamic professional who is well-connected, passionate about the space, and experienced in building relationships. Responsibilities

  • Architect Strategic Partnerships: Develop and execute innovative strategies to architect and cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in Web3 verticals

  • Craft Persuasive Narratives: Utilize your storytelling prowess to articulate the compelling narratives of Upshot and its transformative offerings, effectively communicating our value proposition to diverse audiences

  • Pioneer Industry Adoption: Lead the charge in fostering partnerships with trailblazing AI and DeFi teams globally, positioning Upshot as the forefront standard for industry adoption and innovation

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including MarComm, Product, Engineering, and Research, to ensure a frictionless onboarding experience that exceeds user expectations

  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytical insights to maintain a meticulously organized, real-time, and precise record of sales information and activity reports

Requirements

  • Innovative Web3 Expertise: Demonstrated experience and expertise in the Web3 space, showcasing a deep understanding of Web3 protocols, such as DeFi engagement, asset staking, DAO membership, and NFT trading

  • Strategic Sales Mastery: A minimum of 2+ years of professional sales/business development experience, with a focus on tech

  • Adaptability and Emotional Intelligence: Exhibit exceptional organizational skills, responsiveness, and a high level of emotional intelligence to handle a dynamic workload

  • Passionate Visionary: Demonstrate a genuine passion for AI and Web3 and a belief in their transformative power to positively impact the world

Preferred Requirements

  • Hypergrowth Navigator: Previous experience in a company undergoing hypergrowth or scaling modes, with a history of career advancement in prior sales roles
