As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in Healia’s growth by generating, nurturing, and closing new business prospects. This is also a unique opportunity to join a startup early and lay the foundations of the entire sales organization. This is a hybrid-role (2 days/week) based in Columbus, OH.
✅ Your responsibilities will include…
- Generate high volumes of outbound leads through proactive and personalized cold outreach, utilizing exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage potential customers.
- Craft thoughtful and engaging messaging tailored to customers' needs.
- Manage leads throughout the sales funnel in a timely manner. This includes coordinating additional calls, sending promotional materials, and providing ongoing support on and off calls to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to customer.
- Utilize data and internal tools to maintain organization and optimize the health of the sales funnel, ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate tracking, and effective prioritization of leads.
- Collaborate closely with Priyang and the founding team throughout the entire sales process, offering additional support wherever needed.

- Have 1-3 years of experience in a sales/business development role, preferably as an SDR/BDR.
- Possess a high level of resourcefulness, grit, and determination.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated professionalism in all aspects of communication and interaction.
- Possess strong organizational skills and adept at managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Exhibit meticulous attention to detail.
