Join a fast-paced Web3 startup at the forefront of blockchain technology and DeFi. As Head of Marketing you will be responsible for the development and execution of our marketing strategy with a strong focus on a successful token launch. This is a hands-on role that demands creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem.

What you’ll work on

• Develop and manage the marketing strategy around Chronicle’s token launch, products and protocol. Building key brand recognition amongst stakeholders in the competitive oracle and DeFi landscape
• Help define marketing goals, milestones, and timelines for the token launch
• Create a high-quality and engaging content pipeline across a variety of mediums, including social media posts, press releases, blogs, educational content, and long-form articles.
• Craft content that highlights the unique features and potential of the current Chronicle points program and of the future token, aiming to increase awareness and attract investors.
• Develop roadmaps for events, sponsorships, partner co-marketing programs, and product launches.
• Work alongside BD and DevRel to align partnership announcements and ecosystem engagement with overarching business strategies.
• Maintain a pulse on emerging industry trends and refine our marketing approach based on evolving market insights
• Manage relationships with external PR company, graphic designer etc

Job requirements

• 3+ years experience in Web3 marketing
• Track record building and executing successful Web3 content GTM strategies
• Ability to communicate complex crypto and technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Excellent organizational, project management and people skills
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
