Community Phone is looking for a Sales Enablement Coordinator who excels in organization, project management, and content creation to build out and maintain our first-ever sales playbook. If you're detail-oriented, understand sales, and have technical skills, we want you. You will craft a stellar sales playbook, enhance sales reporting, and support our Sales and RevOps teams. Bonus points if you have Sales Engineering and/or SQL experience.
Create a Sales Playbook, develop and update a comprehensive sales playbook with processes, strategies, and best practices.
Collaborate closely with sales teams to meet their needs and boost sales performance.
Build and maintain sales enablement systems for optimal functionality.
Help scale sales reporting by gathering, analyzing, and presenting data for better decision-making.
Coordinate sales enablement projects as needed to support the Sales and RevOps teams.
Apply technical expertise to streamline sales processes and support sales engineering.
Organized: You excel at maintaining order in a dynamic environment, ensuring that resources and information are readily available to support sales teams.
Detail - Oriented : You have a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all sales materials and reports.
Data-Minded: You are skilled at gathering information, analyzing data, and applying insights to create meaningful reports and dashboards to aid in sales decision-making.
Technically Savvy : Your technical knowledge allows you to build, maintain, and optimize systems that support sales enablement.
Knowledgeable in Sales: You possess a general understanding of sales processes and methodologies, which enables you to contribute to sales enablement efforts.
Bring a sense of continuous curiosity to your work.
Have a positive, can-do attitude that inspires belief in colleagues.
Bonus Skills : Previous experience as a Sales Engineer, knowledge of SQL, and an understanding of technical and systems operations is a plus.
