Requirements:

• Experience in EdTech Design: We prefer designers with a portfolio showcasing work in the EdTech sector. Experience with educational tools, platforms, or applications is a significant plus.

• Design System Creation: You will be responsible for developing a complete design system, including typography, color schemes, UI components, and interaction patterns. The design should be consistent, scalable, and easy to implement.

• Inspiration: The design should evoke a similar feel to this website—friendly, engaging, and professional. We want a design that is approachable for educators but also clean and efficient.

• Responsive and Accessible: The design must be fully responsive, ensuring a seamless experience across all devices (desktop, tablet, mobile). Additionally, the design should meet accessibility standards to cater to all users, including those with disabilities.

• Collaborative Approach: We value communication and collaboration. The designer should be open to feedback and ready to iterate on designs based on input from our team.

Deliverables:

• Complete design system (including UI components, color palettes, typography, and interaction guidelines).
