Key responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage security protocols that comply with SOCII, PCI, HIPAA, and GDPR standards within the company's technical infrastructure.
• Lead the integration of security practices into DevOps processes, enhancing security across continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Design and oversee the implementation of end-to-end secure systems for data protection, identity management, and transaction security.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to promote security awareness and best practices at all stages of the software development lifecycle.
• Manage incident response plans and lead investigations into security breaches, ensuring timely mitigation and compliance with all reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for security systems and compliance measures.
• Train staff on security protocols and compliance requirements, enhancing the overall security culture within the organization.
• Maintain trust centers for our clients
• Able to answer and hold security conversation with the client

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong technical background with experience in software development and system architecture.
• Proven expertise in implementing and managing compliance with SCOII, PCI, HIPAA, and GDPR.
• Extensive experience with security frameworks, risk management, and protective monitoring.
• Knowledge of encryption technologies, identity and access management (IAM), and network security protocols.
• Experience with cloud technologies and environments, with a strong understanding of how they impact security compliance and risk.
• Certifications such as CISSP, or specific to PCI, HIPAA, or GDPR compliance are highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to handle multiple priorities, and work under pressure. - Strong communication skills, capable of effectively articulating complex security and compliance issues to stakeholders across the organization.
• 2+ years working in Security & pen-testing
• Experience using tools such as Vanta, Sprinto or others
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• excellent written, verbal, and visual communication and presentation skills.
• ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Blockchain security experience is a plus
