The Role
The RVP, East at People.ai is a strategic leader responsible for driving significant revenue growth, fostering customer satisfaction, and establishing the company as a thought leader in GTM Data & AI across the East Coast of the US & Canada. We seek an ambitious individual with a passion for selling the platform they use to run their sales team (People.ai!), high EQ and IQ, and a collaborative spirit. This role demands a track record of success and resilience in navigating challenges.
This leader will report directly to Laura Palmer, People.ai’s CRO. You will be responsible to drive thought leadership around GTM Data & AI across the region, ensuring that as enterprise customers think about how to plan and execute an AI plan for their go to market teams, People.ai will be the first call they make. The ideal candidate, based in New York City or Boston, will bring a unique blend of creativity, rigor, and a proactive mindset, contributing to People.ai's impact on large enterprise go-to-market teams.

A reasonable estimate of on-target earnings (OTE) is $300,000 to $400,000. Additionally, regular employees may be eligible for commissions or bonus programs (target included in OTE), equity, and benefits. The range is subject to change. People.ai takes into account a wide range of factors when determining an individual’s pay. These factors can include, skill set, training and experience, licensure and certifications, and location and metropolitan area.
