JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for someone who can take our visual language to the next level. We work on the design of mobile and desktop apps, and we want our software house to be built on design quality. You will mainly be:

• Responsible for art direction and project quality

• Responsible for product direction, new ideas, and client advice

• Responsible for ensuring that the project fulfills its business purpose

• Responsible for the product experience (animations, easter eggs, etc.)

• Responsible for the final product outcome (we often collaborate with illustrators and motion designers, and we need someone to supervise them)

• Responsible for project communication with clients (focusing on design and design decisions, not project management)

REQUIREMENTS

• Extensive experience with UX & UI design (mainly visual aspects)

• Experience with testing and user interviews

• Good English (defending designs, client communication, user testing)

• Ability to give feedback and lead a team

• Multidisciplinary (ideally, you also enjoy motion, 3D, AI, etc.)

• You must be able to play with design, pay attention to details, and bring something extra to the products

• Able to work under deadline pressure occasionally ☠️
