We’re looking for:

An inventive and driven individual genuinely committed to building a great product that people love to use. You will work across the whole organization (Product, Eng, Operations, Sales, CS) to define and own post-sale business processes.

Job Description:

A blend of business operations, customer success, a touch of sales, and a hint of marketing. The Business Operations/Customer Success Specialist is a strategic position responsible for defining and managing the entire post-sale customer lifecycle while also driving revenue and overall business growth.

This role requires a hands-on approach, entrepreneurial mindset, and comfortability wearing many hats. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is eager to take on the challenges and opportunities that come with scaling a startup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build playbooks and best practices to help us scale
  • Manage key business processes and data points
  • Assist in managing customer relationships by developing strong rapport and building trust
  • Manage post-sale customer interactions and inquiries, provide excellent service and escalate issues as needed
  • Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and lead qualification data in Hubspot
  • Participate in sales calls & demos
  • Use Hubspot to track progress, measure success, and identify areas for improvement
  • Respond to inbound interest & schedule meetings when required
  • Participate in strategic planning initiatives, working closely with the founder to set goals, develop operational strategies, and execute plans
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics-driven processes to measure and track progress
  • Use data-driven decision-making to define or adjust business processes
  • Foster a collaborative and cohesive work environment, effectively communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience at a fast-paced, high performing start up (preferred)
  • Excitement about new technologies and user experience
  • Eagerness to understand our customers' needs
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and context-switching
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to achieve goals
  • Familiarity with technology products/services and the ability to understand and articulate the value to customers
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
