We’re backed by leading investors like Accel, Y Combinator, Sequoia and BOND, and have consistently been named a Great Place to Work. As we enter the next phase of growth, we’re looking for a Senior Director to shape and operationalize a long term monetization strategy.

Reporting into our SVP of Product, this person will collaborate with our Executive Team, and leaders across all parts of our business, including (but not limited to!) Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Sales.

You will be responsible for

  • Developing an overarching monetization philosophy that connects our corporate strategy, product strategy, and financial plan
  • Adapting our architecture, value metrics, and price points to reflect our growing portfolio
  • Pricing and packaging new products for Beta and GA
  • Operationalizing these changes and enabling our teamsIterating our approach thoughtfully, in response to internal and external feedback

While this is a very senior individual contributor role for now, you may also be responsible for crafting a vision for the team, and growing it over time.

You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy

  • Staying on top of (and anticipating!) industry trends and the competitive landscape
  • Balancing quantitative rigor and qualitative color to develop a clear point of view
  • Communicating a compelling vision, and pulling up/digging deep depending on your audience
  • Employing systems-thinking, understanding the cross-functional implications and tradeoffs of your recommendations, and partnering widely to operationalize change
  • Building strong feedback loops, and refining iteratively, to make good, better, and better best

Must haves

  • 10+ years of relevant in-house or consulting experience, delivering pricing, go-to-market, and product recommendations that move the needle for the business.
  • Ability to ask thoughtful questions and exercise sound judgment when collaborating with prospects, customers, and coworkers alike
  • Ability to lean on a mix of first principles, data insights, and pattern recognition, as the situation demands
  • Ability to maintain high performance under tight timelines
  • Strong willingness to jump in and roll up your sleeves to get things done

Nice to haves

  • Experience with analytics/business intelligence tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, BigQuery
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth B2B/vertical SaaS companies
