About the Role NinjaOne is looking for an experienced SalesOps Analyst with a take-charge attitude and collaborative, cross-functional approach to maintain our systems, processes, data, and insights across our EMEA Revenue team (sales, marketing, billing, and customer success). Reporting directly to the Director of Sales Operations, the SalesOps Analyst will not only be responsible for assisting our stakeholders but will be responsible for helping our EMEA organization scale, while preserving global processes & procedures. The SalesOps Analyst will perform administrative duties to support our current sales technology stack, build & provide reporting for the EMEA team, and support broader organization projects. As the SalesOps Analyst, you should be organized, efficient, and comfortable working cross-functionally with various management levels, in a fast-paced organization. You should have experience in SalesOps Administration, supporting other sales/marketing focused software/tools, and possess strong reporting/analytics skills. Location – Berlin, Germany What You’ll be Doing

  •  Support the sales and marketing technology ecosystem/stack
  • Proactively monitor and maintain the quality and accuracy of our Salesforce data, and enforce process consistency
  • Create and manage dashboards and reports that allow teams to effectively measure KPIs
  • Measure and provide insights on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact
  • Manage the implementation of new tools and ensure stakeholders are sufficiently trained and enabled to use new and existing toolsff
  • Work with the SalesOps Manager & global team to create scalable processes and optimize existing processes that ensure best practices in lead capture, lead distribution, campaign management, data enrichment, and sales outreach
  • Understand the integration and technical aspects of key systems (marketing automation, CRM, sales enablement tools etc.) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads and pipeline
About You
  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience
  • 2 years of SalesOps Administration experience (ADM 201 Certification preferred); 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, marketing automation, or business operations preferred
  • Self-starter and scrappy - you know what needs to be done and you take initiative
  • Strong analytical skills (your go-to tool is Excel)
  • Proficiency and experience in working with Salesforce integrated tools (Marketing, Sales Outreach, Reporting, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a passion to improve processes
