Job Summary:

As a Senior Frontend Engineer at JustPaid, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our web-based finance automation tool. The ideal candidate will have experience working with NextJs, React, Typescript, React Query, Material UI react components. The candidate should also be comfortable working with remote teams in different time zones, be proactive in product and user-driven application development, and write unit and integration tests.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain frontend using NextJs React Typescript, React Query, Material UI react-components
• Work with remote teams in different time zones to ensure project success
• Write unit and integration tests for the react-based web app
• Help create a style guide and best practices for our UI development
• Take ownership of projects and drive them to completion with minimal supervision
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the team’s knowledge base

Requirements:

• Proficiency in NextJs React Typescript, React Query, Material UI react-components
• Comfortable with working remotely and with remote teams in different time zones
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Both US and International applications are accepted. We start with a 3-month contract work, with an option to convert into a full-time hire. Stock options offered.
