The 401(K) retirement product requires recurring hands-down operations work. Since an employee’s 401(K) contribution is inherently tied to payroll, the ongoing ops work needs to be in sync with the payroll pay-periods that occur bi-weekly, semi-monthly or monthly depending on the client.
We are looking for an organized technical person, who can work with the recurring tasks on a per-client basis to ensure customer success. For example, for every pay-period the person should be able to process the payroll contributions on a per-employee basis using scripting (typescript and python) and upload the data in our systems.
