Easol has deep roots in experiences, the platform was founded by former festival founders, Lisa and Ben Simpson in 2017, after the husband and wife team endured challenges and frustrations first-hand while setting up and growing their own experience business including Rise - Europe’s biggest snowsports and music festival and Beyond Adventures - a series of adventure travel experiences in remote locations such as the Sahara desert and the Swedish Archipelago.


You will be responsible for managing and developing our highly-talented team of Experience Experts and Sales Development Representatives to deliver on Easol’s growth objectives across the global festival market.

Using your specialised network and knowledge of the festival and events industry, you will work play a key role in the development of our go-to-market strategy, uniquely positioning Easol as the software provider of choice for festival creators worldwide.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborate and work closely with the CEO on the development and execution of the sales strategy to expand our creator base within the global festival market
  • Be highly visible to our customers and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Recruit and onboard Experience Experts for our London HQ and new geographical locations as we expand
  • Facilitate the team’s professional growth, recognising individual strengths and weaknesses and coaching them to reach their potential
  • Set the team objectives and track performance against KPIs including monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Ensure that our CRM system (HubSpot) is consistently kept up to date
  • Collaborate with the Product, Engineering, Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure that Easol meets our creator's needs
  • Attend relevant industry events to drive brand awareness and expand our network
  • Track developments in the experiences economy and highlight key verticals with the potential to drive revenue growth

What we’re looking for

  • Expert-level knowledge of the UK music festival space, with a strong contact base to enable further expansion
  • Previous experience as a festival promoter, ticket sales leader or sales leader within an events technology provider would be ideal
  • Proven experience in building and leading high-velocity sales teams, selling to varied experience creators
  • Solid understanding of event e-commerce, event ticketing or events marketing
  • Previous track record as a target overachiever, handling complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to digest and translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
