Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee brand activation projects and significant design initiatives from concept through execution.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, strategists, and clients to define creative visions and deliverables.

• Direct and mentor a talented team of graphic designers, illustrators, and content creators to produce innovative designs that resonate with target audiences.

• Ensure all creative assets align with client brand guidelines while consistently pushing the creative boundaries.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing workflow and resources effectively.

• Provide clear creative direction and constructive feedback, ensuring the highest quality output and team growth.

• Stay informed on emerging trends in design, digital marketing, and the tech industry, applying relevant insights to drive impactful creative strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

• 8+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3-5 years in a senior creative leadership role (Art Director or Creative Director).

• Proven experience managing brand activation campaigns and complex design projects, especially within the technology sector.

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD), Figma and related digital design tools.

• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative concepts, strategic branding projects, and successful team leadership.

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate creative concepts to internal teams and clients.

• Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
