MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive company growth: Shape design department workflows, stay updated on trends, and evolve the gtlogic brand.

• Empower your team: Hire and manage talent, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure project delivery.

• Client management: Identify client needs, maintain clear communication, and present team's designs effectively.

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years in tech industry and multidisciplinary design

• 5+ years in UI/UX design

• Experience Level: Entry-level Management

• Agile software development experience

• Human-centered, data-driven design process

• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
