🚀 We’re hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of our core AI-powered financial products and drive the global user experience for overseas markets.

💰 Compensation: 30,000 – 50,000 RMB/month * 14th-month+ salary

🎯 You will:

• Own end-to-end UI/UX design for our AI+Fintech platform (web & mobile)

• Lead the internationalization (i18n) design strategy, adapting UX for overseas users

• Collaborate closely with AI engineers and product managers to turn complex financial data into intuitive interfaces

• Build and maintain a scalable design system and component library

• Drive user research and iterate based on data insights

🔍 You have:

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, with a strong portfolio in Fintech, AI products, or SaaS platforms

• Overseas study or work experience (North America, Europe, Singapore, etc.)

• Fluency in English as a working language (able to collaborate in cross-cultural teams)

• Mastery of Figma, Adobe Suite, and design system creation

• A data-informed, user-centric mindset with strong communication skills

🌟 Bonus points if you:

• Have experience launching a global product from 0 to 1

• Speak an additional language (Korean, Spanish, Japanese, etc.)

• Use AIGC tools (MidJourney, Runway, etc.) in your design workflow
