By building a valuable portfolio of travel companies and products, we are making an essential contribution to the asset-light business strategy of the Lufthansa Group. Job summary: You are part of the sales & customer success team of our later stage venture cloopio within Lufthansa Innovation Hub. cloopio’s mission is to connect distributed teams around the world. With our one-click booking platform, companies can plan team events (offsites, retreats, summits) in Europe. With our curated employee experiences, we offer accommodation, meeting facilities, transfer, and activities.” After a successful market launch in the last year, we are now scaling our operations and are looking for support within sales and customer success. Responsibilities: SALES

  • Be the key account manager for our corporate clients like Netflix, Lufthansa and CocaCola
  • As the first person of contact, you interact with our clients via phone, video call and email
  • Based on the customer needs, you design offsite experiences and present them to the customer
  • You proactively reach out to current and future clients to understand their offsite needs and present our value offering
  • Managing the booking process, you handle the offer creation, booking confirmation and payment and invoicing process for your clients
  • In close interaction with our offsite partners (eg hotels), you confirm availability and offering of offsite experiences
  • Customer happiness is your ultimate goal – you do everything to ensure a great offsite experience for your customers and engage in feedback conversations with your clients
  • You are pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related fields
  • Fluency in both German and English
  • Great communication skills verbal and written
  • You are a team player with a hands-on mentality
  • Previous experience in working in sales roles (inbound and outbound) is a plus
