We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX Designer with a experience in life sciences and healthcare applications to join our innovative team. We are looking for someone with passion for creating user-centered designs for both R&D and patient facing applications. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the unique challenges and regulatory requirements of the healthcare & life sciences industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• User research and analysis to guide the design of applications for both scientists and patients.

• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts

• Design and refine user interfaces for web and mobile research & healthcare applications, focusing on usability, accessibility, and patient safety.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, scientists, healthcare professionals, and regulatory experts.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of user interface and user experience design work, particularly in the healthcare sector.

• Understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare informatics.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, accessibility standards, and healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FDA).
