We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Visual Content Creator to lead video content production and manage our Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube presence. You will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging video content that captures attention and drives engagement. This role demands deep expertise in crypto, a strong sense of visual storytelling, and the ability to stay ahead of trends. This is a high-impact, execution-focused role that requires someone who takes ownership, delivers consistently, and optimizes based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Content Creation & Strategy

1. Own and execute a high-volume, high-quality video content strategy across Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
2. Work closely with the CMO to align content with broader marketing and brand objectives.
3. Create visually compelling, trend-driven videos that maximize reach and engagement.
4. Stay ahead of social media trends and incorporate viral formats, storytelling techniques, and hooks.
5. Edit videos with precision, ensuring top-tier production quality (text overlays, transitions, sound syncing, effects).

Social Media Management & Growth

1. Manage and grow our Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube accounts, ensuring a strong, consistent presence.
2. Track performance metrics and optimize content based on engagement, retention, and conversion data.
3. A/B test different video formats, captions, and posting strategies to maximize reach.
4. Engage with the audience, respond to comments, and actively build an engaged community.

Required Qualifications:

1. Self-starter with a high level of ownership—you execute without micromanagement.
2. Proven ability to create high-quality, engaging short-form videos that drive audience growth.
3. 1-3 years of experience in video production, content creation, or social media management.
4. Crypto, Web3, or financial markets knowledge is required.
5. Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, etc.).
6. Strong understanding of platform-specific trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies.
7. Experience in motion graphics, animation, or graphic design is a plus.
8. Data-driven mindset—you analyze performance and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
