This is an opportunity to join a talented and experienced team as our first hire in Business Operations. You’ll be the first non-technical hire and work directly with the founders in a critical industry using the latest advances in large language models.

As the Jill or Jack of all trades, you will help make our customers successful, release and market new product features, onboard and expand enterprise accounts, manage internal operations, build systems and do whatever it takes to help the team win.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing important customer relationships
• Enterprise customer rollouts
• Product marketing
• Gathering customer & product feedback and working with engineering team to improve product

• Owning important company initiatives
