Job Description: eJam is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Branding & Packaging Designer to help in retail efforts for our brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing graphics.

• Create 2D artworks and the respective 3D representations.

• Develop and design branding, packaging, pitch decks and retail displays.

• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and best practices.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.

• Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

• Adapt designs based on feedback from the team and stakeholders.

• Maintain a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Branding & Packaging Designer.

• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and the ability to mockup your custom designs in 3D.

• Understanding of graphic design best practices and principles.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a remote team.

• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and highly organized.

Salary:

$1,500 - $2,500 USD per month (based on experience)
