We are building a creative, energetic, and mission-driven team that will work directly with Ribbon Health’s customers to make sure our products are powering convenient, cost-effective, and high-quality healthcare decisions in the world. As the Customer Partnerships Director on this team, you will be a player-coach who will help coach and mentor a high-performing team; own and tackle our most complex and challenging customers; help lead the team to exceed retention and expansion goals. This role requires a hybrid skill set across team leadership; customer strategy and value; analytical thinking; and executive stakeholder management. We’re looking for someone who loves making customers wildly successful and building a world class customer partnerships & success team!

  • Customer Relationships: Demonstrated experience building and growing executive relationships and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor. Proven ability to drive tangible value with customers that leads to growth. 
  • Ownership Mentality: You care deeply about making sure our customers realize value. When you see a problem, you solve it or make sure someone else does by stepping in to help your team and offering creative solutions outside of the scope of your responsibilities. 
  • 10+ years of relevant experience

Your day-to-day

  • Team lead who builds critical processes, coach/mentor team members, and culture builder that helps the team adopt best practices 
  • Lead team and strategic customer renewal and growth initiatives within existing accounts
  • Drive our go to market strategy by synthesizing our customers’ voice to influence go-to-market and product initiatives 
  • Improve operations: You will identify opportunities to optimize repeated workflows and create scalable systems and tools for addressing customer needs

We seek to make Ribbon the best career decision anyone's ever made. Part of fulfilling this vision is a compelling total compensation package. The base salary range for this role is between $160,000-$175,000 with an additional incentive compensation piece as well. Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. Ribbon also offers a competitive equity package, health insurance, parental leave, 401K matching, and other great benefits.
