About the Client:
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support Ryan Smith - an American businessman, experienced founder, leader, and one of the fastest-growing technology companies in the world. He was included in the Forbes 30 under 30 - Social Entrepreneurs. Ryan's newly founded company Mura has yet to be publicly announced. Founded by Ryan G Smith, who previously cofounded LeafLink, Mura is still in the concept and research stage on two specific technology opportunities: renewables and SMB enterprise software. As an Executive Assistant, you will be an anchor to the founder and will aid him through his daily tasks and routines and meet his operational and personal expectations.
Responsibilities
Providing comprehensive support to the founder: managing both company and personal details with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
Extensively scheduling, monitoring, and prioritizing all day-to-day incoming communications and requests.
Creating and sharing daily summaries of upcoming meetings, with context from the founder's inbox.
Liaising with internal teams and external business contacts, including investors and partners, to ensure smooth communication.
Planning, coordinating, and scheduling all types of meetings.
Proactively anticipating and resolving scheduling conflicts, managing all administrative details.
Arranging all aspects of travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation; creating detailed travel itineraries.
Handling scheduling and coordination of ad-hoc personal requests.
Collaborating on research and note-taking certain meetings with summaries shared weekly with the founder.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role, preferably supporting high-level executives or founders.
Extensive experience in calendar management, travel planning, and meeting organization.
Strong project management abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software.
Autonomous, proactive and innovative.
Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and aligning with the founder's vision and core values.
