We are a quickly growing early-stage company. We are based in San Francisco and remote-friendly. Compensation will include a variable component and substantial equity.

What we're looking for

As the first member of the sales team, you’ll play a critical role in helping grow the company and defining the sales motion. You’ll work directly with the CEO to hone your strategies and, if you’re successful, manage deals from start to finish.

This role is outbound-heavy, but is meant for a Swiss army knife who is hungry to scale themselves to higher heights. This is the perfect opportunity for someone early in their career to have an outsized impact and unlimited career growth.

By working directly with the rest of the Conduit team, you’ll also have opportunities to influence company strategy. This is a fast-paced environment. If you’re energized by the chance to have ownership and influence over a new and growing sales function, then we would love to talk to you.


  • At least 6-12 months of experience working as a mid-market or enterprise SDR with a proven track record of beating quota
  • Experience cold calling
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with Google Sheets, LinkedIn and Apollo
  • Experience selling in logistics, supply chain, or in industrial environments a plus
  • Experience working at an early-stage startup a plus


Your job is to find prospects and convince them to schedule a demo with us.

Your day to day will include:

  • Heavy outbound via cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn
  • Research companies in target segments and create lead lists
  • Work closely with the CEO to define sales motions
  • Some travel (up to twice per quarter) will be required to visit customers and attend conferences
  • Work closely with the rest of the team to iterate on messaging and identify new ways to generate leads
