Our work ethic is strong, but nobody is nailed to a desk here. You’ll be working with teams that are local, embedded and remote, so you’ll need to be comfortable getting stuff done on your own and always willing to step up and take the initiative to move things forward. • 3+ years experience

• The ability to multitask across projects and teams

• Well developed verbal, written and interpersonal skills

• Experience designing brand identities, eCommerce & digital platforms

• Passion for prototyping & motion design with Figma & Principle

• In-depth understanding of responsive design and the web

You’re comfortable working in small, nimble teams where everyone is hands on. You bring attention to detail and impeccable execution across structure, layout, interactivity and motion. You know how to use research, best-practices and inspiration as a jump-off point to crafting engaging, richly interactive experiences for eCommerce platforms and mobile-first consumers. You’re ready to redefine how modern brands tell their stories and engage their communities and customers.

Challenges

We have close and transparent relationships with our clients, and you’ll be expected to articulate your thinking and design choices directly to them. Our process is inclusive, iterative and highly collaborative - you’ll be sharing work frequently both with your team and clients.
