Are you interested in reimagining the software that powers $3T of annual sales?
We’re hiring a founding generalist to own customer success, onboarding, and assist with GTM. The role will be based in NY, and we will gladly help you relocate if needed. Compensation for the role will range between $110,000 and $140,000 + Benefits + Meaningful Equity (.6% - 1%).
Train customers on how to use the product and document best practices
Develop marketing content to drive top of funnel
Work closely with engineers to improve the product
Develop custom reports and dashboards for enterprise clients
2+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, customer success, or operating experience within a high-growth CPG brand
Excellent verbal and written communication
Highly detail-oriented
Basic SQL knowledge or a willingness to learn
