Lately, we’ve seen an increasing demand for our courses in the B2B segment (learning institutions and companies). We’re now looking for our first-ever BDR/SDR to help us land more such deals.

About Scrimba:

We’re a small distributed team of individual contributors spread all across the world, but mostly based around the European timezone. No one at Scrimba works solely as a manager, as we all get our hands dirty, whether it’s shipping code, recording courses, doing sales calls, or something else. Most of the communications happens async, with few fixed meetings. But we always help each other and jump on calls when needed.

What kind of person we’re looking for:

To succeed at Scrimba, you must be able to stay motivated without being closely managed. In other words, you need to be self-driven. You’ll work remotely with a lot of freedom, but also with an expectation of moving fast.

We recognise that this requires a certain type of personality, one that can handle the responsibility that comes with complete freedom. From experience, it helps to be structured and disciplined, and to be the kind of person who likes to get things done.
