The role ✨

At Hypotenuse, interns aren’t here to sit on the sidelines or buy coffee. We empower you to make decisions, contribute creatively and think critically. We want self-starters who are entrepreneurial and want a taste of working in a high-growth, fast-moving start-up.

This role threads between both business development and a writing role. You will work closely with the growth team on interacting with our users and expanding our customer base while writing content for a variety of audiences. If you like writing creative content and speaking with customers, this role is for you!

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct in-depth research on industry-related, technical topics to pinpoint market opportunities and write related articles about them
• Understand the needs and expectations of customer groups, ideate and execute tailored strategies to drive adoption of product and establish positive long-term relationships
• Work directly with the founding team in executing growth strategies for the company
• Collaborate with AI to create engaging and compelling content
• Contribute to customer resources such as FAQs, help guides, and tutorials
• Own customer interactions by addressing support queries promptly, effectively and empathetically, consistently exceeding customer expectations

• Experience in start-ups and/or in tech is a plus
• Able to commit for at least 6-12 months
