Position Overview: As the Principal Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction and execution of our product development initiatives. Your engineering prowess, combined with your experience in threat intelligence and SaaS, will be instrumental in driving product innovation. You will be working closely with the sales team and will be responsible for managing a team of product managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy and Development:

  • Engineer and oversee the development and enhancement of innovative threat intelligence products that align with market demands and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform complex concepts into actionable product features and improvements.

• Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, instilling a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Foster an environment that encourages skill enhancement, knowledge sharing, and professional growth.

• Sales Collaboration:

  • Partner with the sales team to gauge market needs, customer feedback, and emerging trends.
  • Ensure that product offerings are aligned to support sales strategies and objectives.

• Engineering Expertise:

  • Leverage strong engineering skills to guide the technical aspects of product development, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and robustness.
  • Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

• Competitive Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape, adapting strategies to maintain and enhance Cyble’s market positioning.
  • Leverage insights to drive product differentiation and value proposition enhancement.

Qualifications:

• Experience:

  • A minimum of 8 years in product management with a strong focus on threat intelligence and SaaS-based products.
  • Extensive engineering experience with a proven track record of steering the technical dimensions of product development.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring product management teams.

• Skills:

  • Profound knowledge of threat intelligence, coupled with hands-on engineering expertise.
  • Capability to integrate technical and market insights to drive product innovation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
