About You

You are an all star well rounded operator who wants to join a championship team of high-caliber, focused and diligent talent. You have an eye for simplicity, speed, and execution. You have grit, empathy, and a never-stop attitude. You are comfortable tackling challenges from defining a launch strategy, to writing the playbook for a successful target restaurant. You should be able to think analytically about food delivery sales growth, and feel a strong sense of ownership over the way we launch, grow, and develop a delivery concept.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Be the face and voice of Superorder for your market(s).
  • Call, set appointments, demo, meet in-person, and close deals with restaurants in your market(s) to demonstrate their value add and explain how Superorder can help restaurant owners succeed.
  • Excellent knowledge of the product and feedback on improving restaurant sales and operations.
  • Handling stalls and objections like a pro, and identify up-selling opportunities.
  • Always providing an exceptional and customer centric experience that allows you to set the bar for the rest of their experience with our clients.
  • Endure continuous sales training and improvement to make you a sales weapon.
  • Bring your positive energy, and have fun!

Responsibilities & Requirements

You should be able to think critically about food delivery sales growth, and feel a strong sense of ownership over the way we launch, grow, and scale a delivery restaurant. Here are some skills we are looking for:

  • Excellent communication skills — both in communicating strategy, storytelling, and priorities both internally with our team and externally to our cloud kitchen partners.
  • Hyper coachable, enjoys taking ownership, and adaptable.
  • Put your mark on the history of the growth of the company — Ready to grind, build, do whatever it takes to succeed.
  • PHD: positive, hungry, determined.
  • Passion for restaurants, food, and technology.
  • Previously experience working in restaurants, experience selling directly into the restaurant industry, and/or at a high growth startup is preferred but not required.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply!
  • Travel to new markets and additional territories is required.
    • 80-90% travel required throughout the year with company stipends.


$65-75k OTE
