Replo enables companies to build websites with less code. The team is building the world’s first platform and marketplace for creating and distributing the UI building blocks of the web — enabling commercial teams to build ultra-customizable websites like lego blocks. Our customers include household brands like Peak Design, Caraway, and Hexclad.

We have Series A metrics++, and are growing super quickly. We wanna keep the team small and tight.

Our team is super technical and have worked together for 10+ years and previously held principal engineer + management roles at companies like Uber, Microsoft, Shopify, Plangrid, Autodesk, and Yelp. About the Role

As the first account executive (AEs) at Replo EVER, you and future a small team of future AEs will form the core of our go to market motions. As a full-cycle seller, you’ll be a trusted advisor to mid-market and above e-commerce brands.

  • Conduct daily demos of Replo to potential clients and partners, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our platform.
  • Work with Customer Success to ensure new prospects are successfully onboarded.
  • Close deals efficiently. Increasing our ACV and compressing our sales cycles.
  • Prospect into new accounts and expand existing ones.
  • Keep our CRM up to date (customer info, deal size, deal status), so we can forecast and improve our sales process.
  • Work with technical stakeholders, including executives, to identify opportunities to accelerate the adoption of Replo.
  • Collaborate with the rest of our team (product, marketing) to identify new features and messaging to increase the value and use of Replo.
  • Work with our growth team to close deals with agencies and channel partners.

Looking For Someone Who Has

  • At least 2-4 years of quota carrying, SaaS closing experience (preferably in the e-commerce or marketing space). Experience closing 5 -> 6 figure ACV contracts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively demonstrate our product and articulate its value proposition.
  • Experience in managing partner relationships and a good understanding of the channel-distribution landscape.
  • Has past experience working at startups. Ideally, at a seed through series B startup.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Technical chops selling a technical product to technical buyers.
  • Experience in running events, both online and offline.
  • Existing relationships with brands and channel distribution partners within Shopify.
