Present work internally and directly to clients, clearly explaining the “why” behind your creative decisions.
Guide design through development, working with front-end teams to ensure accuracy and quality in the final build.
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Inspire other designers by sharing knowledge, feedback, and creative direction.
About You

Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and familiar with tools like Figma, Sketch, or XD for UI/UX work.
Experience designing for responsive web, understanding accessibility, and collaborating with developers.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
Comfortable with presenting and selling ideas to clients.
Organized, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple deadlines.
Bonus Points
Experience with video and photo production or willing to learn!
Knowledge of motion graphics or animation in After Effects.
Strong branding skills, including logo design and visual identity systems.
A passion for exploring new creative and technical tools.
Involvement in industry/community organizations.
A healthy sense of humor (we love loud laughers!).
