Our team has deep experience in fintech, real estate, and SEC law. We are a remote-friendly company with global employees in San Francisco, New York, Austin, Berlin, and Vancouver.


Fractional’s Sales Development Representative will drive sales and build relationships across multiple real estate parties including Communities, Retail Investors, Brokerages, Teams, Agents, Coaches, etc. This role manages the outbound campaigns of sales by qualifying leads and identifying individuals and critical decision-makers to position Fractional’s value proposition successfully. Your primary goals are selling individuals on how they can build their financial wealth by becoming Fractional users and members of our cohort program, Fractional ELEVATE.

This role is consultative in many aspects. Your job will be to understand user needs, onboard them to our program, educate them on fractionalizing real estate, and create pitches on how Fractional will accelerate their financial wealth. You’ll provide invaluable feedback to our internal business functions such as onboarding, community, client support, and product development.   • Identify and qualify regular users and potential strategic partnerships with real estate lenders, agents, teams, brokerages, and coaches.
  • Conduct high-volume outreach (email, call, social, professional networking) to potential customers and generate interest in Fractional’s products and services.
  • Drive revenue and be relentless in hitting and exceeding team sales targets.
  • Build and develop strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Research accounts and follow through on sales leads while developing a strategic territory business plan.
  • Work with the Fractional leadership team to innovate and pitch our value proposition nationwide.
  • Be up-to-date on the real estate industry and markets your clients are in.
  • Additional responsibilities may be given dependent on the needs of the team.


  • 3+ years of sales development (individual or enterprise).
  • 2+ years of real estate experience in any capacity (i.e., underwriting, investing, flipping, proptech).
  • Experience selling to agents and brokers and an excellent understanding of the mindset of high-performing real estate agents, teams, and brokers.
  • Proficient with various technologies, sales enablement, and CRM tools: Hubspot, Active Campaign, Salesforce, Linkedin, Google Suite, and Apollo.
  • High desire to work in a fast-paced, startup environment with a can-do attitude. Self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and autonomy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You clearly define processes with external and internal stakeholders that can scale as the company grows.
