🌳 About the Role
We’re looking for our first customer success manager to join us! We have some amazing, growing renewable energy developer customers and want to serve them better!
🏆 What You’ll Achieve
- Manage 50-100 customers with onboarding, live training, webinars, renewals, health checks, collecting product feedback, support, quarterly account reviews, and success plans.
- Aid in upsells and expansion across our existing customer base.
- Collaborate closely with our founders to iterate on our CS strategy
- Continuously develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our renewable energy customers, competitor landscape, and industry trends.

You are a scrappy CSM who iterates quickly. You will thrive in our culture if you:

- Easily handle the unstructured environment of fast moving startups

- Fast-learner: you are proactive and able to pick up new things quickly
- Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
