🌳 About the Role

We’re looking for our first customer success manager to join us! We have some amazing, growing renewable energy developer customers and want to serve them better!

🏆 What You’ll Achieve

  • Manage 50-100 customers with onboarding, live training, webinars, renewals, health checks, collecting product feedback, support, quarterly account reviews, and success plans.
  • Aid in upsells and expansion across our existing customer base.
  • Collaborate closely with our founders to iterate on our CS strategy
  • Continuously develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our renewable energy customers, competitor landscape, and industry trends.

About You You are a scrappy CSM who iterates quickly. You will thrive in our culture if you:

  • Have a strong bias towards action and prioritize execution
  • Share our passion to build something that fights climate change
  • Easily handle the unstructured environment of fast moving startups
  • Have the hunger to grow together with Paces as we scale up

📈 Requirements

  • Customer First: obsessed with driving value for customers
  • Metrics: Proven ability to monitor customer health and increase NRR
  • Fast-learner: you are proactive and able to pick up new things quickly
  • Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Previous experience at a high-growth, fast-paced startup
  • Previous experience at our ACV range
  • Previous domain experience
