The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience, demonstrate a solid understanding of design principles, and can deliver B2B marketing websites that looks great and are accessible to all. Projects include SMBs, professional services, startups, and cannabis dispensaries.

Responsibilities

• Translate low fidelity wireframes into high caliper web design that brings simplicity to complex challenges, supports business objectives, and focuses on usability

• Provide visual design for key templates, components, and pages

• Define and document website styles

• Support ongoing design needs

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of professional web design experience

• Proven understanding of web design fundamentals

• Strong command of color theory, composition, and typography

• High degree of independent judgment/problem solving skills

• Self-starter mentality

• Power user of Figma and/or Adobe XD

• Time-management skills

• Comfort working in a deadline-driven environment

• Hyper focused on details
