As a Technical Project Manager, you will act as the interface between our publishers and our development teams. Your role is to understand the needs of our customers, translate them into clear requirements, and drive the internal implementation in collaboration with developers. With your technical understanding and project management skills, you ensure that our solutions are always tailored to the publishers' needs and successfully implemented.

Responsibilities

• Close collaboration with publishers to understand and prioritize their technical requirements.
• Translating customer requirements into clear work packages for our development teams.
• Ensuring technical feasibility and coordinating projects in line with the product roadmap.
• Regular coordination with internal teams to track progress and identify potential obstacles early.
• Organizing and leading technical project meetings and documenting project steps.
• Quality assurance of delivered solutions and ensuring they meet customer requirements.
• Proactively communicating progress and challenges both internally and to customers.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English.
• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in the technology or SaaS environment.
• Strong technical understanding, ideally with experience in content and video publishing technologies.
• Experience working with software developers and translating customer requirements into technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with project management tools and agile methodologies.
• Bonus: Knowledge of Ad-Tech and programmatic advertising.
