Role Overview

As a Product Designer at Social Snowball, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the user experience and design of our platform. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, visually appealing, and innovative solutions that solve user challenges and drive business outcomes. Your work will impact thousands of e-commerce brands and marketers, helping them achieve success in a competitive space.

Key Responsibilities

• User-Centric Design: Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and data insights.

• Product Development: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design and iterate on new features and functionalities.

• Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and interactions.

• Design System: Establish and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across the platform.

• Research & Validation: Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate on designs based on feedback and performance metrics.

• Collaboration: Partner with engineering to ensure seamless implementation of designs and uphold high-quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or a related field.

• Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, user-centered designs, and ability to solve complex problems.

• Skills:

  • Excellent understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to various stakeholders.

  • Experience with designing for SaaS platforms, ideally in the e-commerce or marketing space, is a plus.
