The Role
As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be a part of the Revenue Operations team working to support the growth and integration efforts of the company to enhance sales operations efficiency. You’ll interpret sales data, ensuring accuracy in reporting and creating actionable insights to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and to drive overall business success.
What You Will Do
Manage and administer various systems used by the sales team, including CRM platforms and sales engagement platforms
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide insights into sales performance and key metrics
Provide support (and occasionally some training) to sales team members on using sales systems effectively, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing workflows
Handle tickets related to Revenue Operations (RevOps) issues, addressing them in a timely manner and escalating as needed to ensure resolution
Collaborate with leaders from various departments to understand their needs and initiatives related to sales operations, providing support and alignment where necessary

Compensation
The salary range for this position is: $59,500 - $80,500. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.
Location
This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
