Squad aims to become the No. 1 Web3 playground for authentic people in the fashion, music, art, and film domains within the next few years.

We are starting with an NFT marketplace to build a strong Web3 community, which will enable us to add more Web3 services to our platform in the future. To achieve this, we are developing a patent-protected automatic revenue-splitting algorithm and a group content management system, making it easier for fashion creatives to embrace the NFT space.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solidity developer to join our team, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time employment after a 3-month trial period. This role is crucial for the development and deployment of smart contracts on our NFT marketplace. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the design and implementation process, working closely with our front-end and back-end engineering teams, as well as our internal smart contract auditor, to integrate the smart contracts seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on and enhance the design of the protocol’s smart contracts
• Write clean and performant solidity code
• Document the details of our smart contract
• Collaborate with our team in a timely manner
• Work autonomously at a fast pace
• Work on the deployment of the protocol on Ethereum mainnet
• Work with internal/external auditors to ensure the highest level of security and transparency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Solidity and smart contract development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience with NFT marketplace, token deployment is highly desirable.

Nice to haves:

• Familiarity with Base blockchain
• Web3 experience and/or open-source contributions are preferred.

Details:

• Monthly payment: 7,000 ~ 12,000 USD
• Expected monthly commitment hours: 160h
• Token option negotiable
• Location: London only
• Language: Native English speaker or someone with near-native fluency only
