We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and experiences across our digital products.

Responsibilities:

• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups

• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences

• Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital products

• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look

• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)

• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback

• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role

• Portfolio of design projects

• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc, Balsamiq)

• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction

• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders

• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively

• BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or equivalent experience
