Here’s a glimpse of the roles and responsibilities -

  • Manage and own all the paid channels to generate a continuous flow of leads. 
  • Adept at handling Google adwords, Facebook ads, Youtube ads, Paid campaign, Remarketing, Video marketing, and other channels
  • Experience in managing monthly budgets of at least INR 50 lakhs.
  • Strategize and execute lead generation campaigns tailored for India, the US, and select international markets.
  • Accountable for monthly acquisition targets of MQL and SQL
  • Optimise landing pages for both mobile and desktop users.
  • Collaborate and work closely with the business development team to ensure marketing objectives are met.
  • Plan, monitor, maintain, and report on monthly marketing budgets and data.
  • Assure all marketing communications adhere to business and brand guidelines.
  • Remain vigilant in monitoring competition and share industry best practices with the team.


So, who is a good fit for the role - 

  • Someone who has hands-on knowledge of all paid marketing channels and an expert in running paid campaigns. Knowledge of Google adwords and Facebook ads manager is a must 
  • Someone with at least 2 years of experience working on performance marketing
  • He/she should be a growth hacker with a strong analytical bent
  • Unmatched enthusiasm to keep up with the pace of the business and the team.


This role is completely onsite. You have to work from the Codingal Bangalore office in HSR Layout

CTC 10-15 lakhs + Variable + ESOP
