Job Summary:

We're adding to our team! Luxury Home Magazine is seeking a Communications Coordinator with multimedia skills (graphic design, basic video and audio skills) to join our team. This role focuses on ensuring cohesive brand representation across print, digital, and online platforms, with opportunities for working both remote and onsite. 

Responsibilities:

• Magazine Production: Assemble camera-ready ads and design layouts for the bi-monthly print magazine, ensuring consistency with client preferences.

• Design Projects: Handle occasional light design projects, including event invites, graphics for email marketing and social media graphics.

• Multimedia Content: Assist with basic video and audio tasks, contributing to podcasts and video recordings, with opportunities to enhance your skills over time.

• Client Communication: Work directly with clients to receive ad materials, follow up, and ensure satisfaction with layouts and multimedia projects for cohesive brand identity.

• Stay updated on design trends and tools to enhance creative outputs across multimedia platforms and social media.

• Working Arrangements: Work both remote and onsite for the Austin, San Antonio & Houston markets, as needed. 

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in a print or digital media environment.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).

• Foundational knowledge of video and audio.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Experience in managing social media content and maintaining brand consistency.

• Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across print and digital media.
